Notice of Practice Direction
The Toronto Judicial Region's Practice Direction entitled "Backlog Reduction / Best Practices Initiative" known as the Toronto Case Management Practice Direction, will expire on December 31, 2007.
The Superior Court of Justice will be renewing and extending the Toronto Case management Practice Direction. The "Backlog Reduction / Best Practices Initiative" will be renewed for a further 3-year period in the Toronto Judicial Region, commencing January 1, 2008 until December 31, 2010. The renewed Practice Direction may be accessed at the Ontario Courts website address at www.ontariocourts.on.ca
