Education law today encompasses many disciplines, including municipal planning, contracts, workplace law, litigation, criminal justice, government relations, school board structures, election law and administrative law, to name a few. This fast-growing Section is among the few forums for lawyers advising educators, with particular emphasis on elementary and secondary school issues.
