| Eligibility: |
Any Real Property Section member of OBA not including current Past Chair, Chair or Vice Chair of the Real Property Section and/or current Table Officers of OBA Council. |
| Presentation: |
The award is presented annually at a lunch during OBA's Annual Institute of Continuing Legal Education. |
| Nomination Procedure: |
A nomination requires the signatures of three OBA members in good standing. To assist the Committee in its selection, it is requested that the nominator include the nominee's curriculum vitae and supporting letters.
The nominee must be advised by one of the nominators that his or her name has been put forward for this award prior to the nomination deadline. |
| Deadline for Applications: |
Nominations and supporting material must be filed with the Chair of the Nomination Committee of the Real Property Section on a deadline to be set each year. |
| Selection Process: |
The Nomination Committee will review the nominations and submit the candidate chosen to the Officers of the Real Property Section Executive. The number of awards to be presented annually will not normally exceed one. |
| Award: |
A crystal award is presented to the recipient. A host award with the names of all recipients is located at OBA Education and Meeting Centre. |
